Designed as a pieces-only set, these chessmen feature a traditional tournament profile with a popular German Knight design and specially weighted construction.
Each chess piece is hand-carved and individually buff polished to bring out the natural appearance of the Golden Rosewood and Boxwood. The pieces are specially weighted for a balanced feel during play, while the green felt bottoms help protect the playing surface when the pieces are moved across a chessboard.
The set is supplied with 32 chessmen and 2 extra queens, providing a complete chess piece arrangement with additional queens for alternate game setups. A plastic storage box is also included for keeping the chessmen organized when not in use.
