The Staunton Tournament Series wooden chessmen are specially weighted and hand-carved in Golden Rosewood and Boxwood. Each piece is individually buff polished and features a green felt base designed to help protect the chessboard surface during movement.
This chess pieces set is available in two material variations: Golden Rosewood and Ebonized Boxwood. The set includes 32 chessmen, 2 extra Queens, and a plastic storage box. The chessboard is not included.
